Volunteer Sign-up list

Date:  Thursday 26 September 2024 

- Put 12+ white plastic chairs on verandah
- Put results board on the outside of Clubhouse
- Set out the lawns: hoops, peg, balls, flags, boundary markers.
- Put 4 fold out tables into marquee with 8 blue plastic chairs around each (from hobbit hut or inside the clubhouse)
- Put a small table in marquee near window with a wooden chair and electric extension cable through the window.
- If weather is set to be hot and sunny put parasols into outside tables or around grass.
