Surbiton Croquet Club is extremely active throughout the year combining tournaments, coaching, internal competitions and social events. From the New Year’s Day 'Frostbite' one-ball competition to the Christmas lunch there is plenty going on.

Twice a month during the summer (on Wednesday and Sundays) there are well-attended Club Days, where new members can get to know other players. During the winter there are Club Sundays with lunch each month.
Introductory Sessions. The Club offers coaching courses for beginners on Wednesday afternoons and evenings at the start of each season. The first of six weekly lessons is free. After that, we ask for £20 to cover the rest of the course, which payment is then deducted from the annual membership subscription for those joining the club. We supply all the equipment but please wear flat shoes and be aware that, unlike some sports, croquet stops for nothing – not rain, nor snow, nor plague nor pestilence!
These introductory sessions are organised so that you can try the game with minimal expenditure!
Coaching - coaching sessions at various levels are arranged throughout the season. See the Oxford Croquet web site for coaching information: http://www.oxfordcroquet.com
Events Calendar - what's on when.
Tournament Vacancies - a display showing how full our tournaments are.
Internal Tournaments - Club events. Most take place over the season.
Corporate Events - Croquet for you and your guests at our Club. Please contact our Secretary above
To assist visitors to our Club there is a local ACCOMMODATION GUIDE detailing local hotels and guest houses and our own GOOD FOOD GUIDE.
